Resignation of Party Gaming Leaders Surprises Online Casino Industry

Party Gaming online casino software provider has certainly made a name for itself in recent years. The company provides top of the range online casino software to the industry and many successful online casino sites are powered by products developed by Party Gaming. It was therefore a big surprise to learn that two of Party Gaming's most influential heads announced that they were leaving the board of the company to pursue other positions.The online casino industry learnt recently that Party Gaming's operations director, Anurag Dikshit, was stepping down from the board in order to concentrate on the development of new products and platforms. While this move is understandable, the online casino industry has been wondering why Dikshit had to step down from the board of the company (of which he owns 31 percent in shares) in order to pursue this new position. Another resignation is that of Vincent Bhargava who is the marketing director of this online casino software provider. Unlike Dikshit, Bhargava will not remain with the company and his future plans have not been made public.
Party Gaming has been enjoying huge financial success in the online casino industry, especially since it became listed on the London Stock Exchange last year. Online casino experts are keeping a close watch on the company to see how this change in leadership will affect it, if at all.
